Hollis Summary
This is an all Oklahoma Produced/Cast/Crewed film.
A small town high school graduate gets accepted into college, but after months of waiting on a scholarship, he starts to come to grips that he may be stuck taking care of his cerebral palsy afflicted brother and alcoholic father. That is, until the town he wants to leave steps up to support him in his greatest hour of need.

What We Need & Why:
We are completely funded for production except a few things have changed from our original budget.
Hard drives. We are now shooting on the RED EPIC camera. In the camera world, it's the difference between driving a Honda and a Ferrari (I still love my Honda, but it's no Ferrari). While we worked out an incredible deal to use it, we still need the hard drive space to compensate for the 1K to 5k resolution upgrade. We need 18 terabytes to shoot a feature film.
Gas. When we were going to shoot last August, gas prices were 3.50. Now they are pushing 4.00 dollars, so our gas budget to get our cast and crew of about 30 from place to place has got to extend as well.
Insurance. Our new insurance quote is close to 1400 more than it was going to be. Since we are using prop guns, have two fight scenes, and a car chase... mind you, all part of what will put this film into the great category... the insurance company saw those the second time around and wants a bigger check.
Food. Any extra money we raise will go toward feeding our cast and crew better.
The Impact
We are looking to make a tangible impact on the Arts and Entertainment Community in the state of Oklahoma. Our goal is to make Hollywood quality film with an Independent Oklahoma flair. Our Ambition is two fold: First to secure distribution and Second to show at major film festivals such as Sundance, South by Southwest, Tribeca, Toronto, and Cannes.
