Short Summary
HOPPED is a TV comedy series about beer.
Set in a fictional craft brewery called Pacific Surge, HOPPED will follow
the exploits of Luke, Sara, Toby and a cast of colorful and unique characters.
Brian Edgar and Doug Clark conceived of HOPPED,
naturally, over a few pints of IPA. With Brian's background as a
professional screenwriter (his WILLIAM THE CONQUEROR screenplay is currently in
development), and Doug's in beer (Doug is receiving his international brewing
diploma from the prestigious Siebel Institute), the collaboration made perfect
sense.
Brian and Doug have written the Pilot
Episode and Season One outline for HOPPED. And now there is interest in
this series from Hollywood.
What We Need & What You Get
This is where YOU come in. We are
currently producing a professional, HD video Trailer that will be an essential
part of our "pitch package" in selling HOPPED the series.
Your generous contribution will help us reach
our goal of $5000, and complete the Trailer. This will cover our
camera and lens rentals, compact flash cards, transportation and meals, cast and crew minimum
payments, and video/sound editing.
If we are able to reach or surpass our
goal, the additional funds will be used to pay our professional cast and crew a
decent wage! Our fine actors (see the video above),
cinematographer, sound man and editor all believe passionately in HOPPED, and
are presently working for free to help us realize this vision.
