While funding a crowdfunding project always comes with some level of risk, we have done everything in our power to reduce it as much as possible. Thanks to our 4 years experience in manufacturing inCharge cables, we have an efficient production line, with reliable manufacturers and a strong logistic structure.
inCharge Universal was engineered after a long phase of research and prototyping, supported by the feedbacks of over 300’000 inCharge users. During development, we extensively tested sample units to find any weaknesses, before reaching the final design.
We have also took in a lot from our previous campaigns, learning the main risk factors and how to manage them. We are now ready for mass production, and we will make sure to be transparent with each step of the process.

What is inCharge?
inCharge is the original keyring cable, invented by us in 2014.
What is inCharge Universal?
inCharge Universal is the new line of inCharge, it comes in two versions, inCharge Dual and inCharge All in One.
What is the difference between inCharge Dual and inCharge All in One?
inCharge Dual is compatible with Lightning (Apple) and MicroUSB devices. inCharge All in One is compatible with Lightning (Apple), MicroUSB and USB Type-C devices.
What connector does my device have?
If it’s an Apple device, it will use Lightning. If it’s an Android or other OS, it will either use MicroUSB or Type-C. Most smartphones after 2017 use Type-C. If you are unsure, please check your phone’s instructions.
Is inCharge MFi?
Since the Universal connector is an evolution of the Lightning connector, it doesn't need MFi certification. We have worked with quality of components as our main focus, and we can guarantee that inCharge Universal won't have any compatibility problem, no matter the device or iOS. Does inCharge Universal work for data tranfer?
Yes, both inCharge Dual and inCharge All in One work for data sync.
What happens if you don’t reach your goal?
You will receive a full refund of your contribution.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping depends on your country, usually it takes around 6-10 business days, but for some countries it can take up to 15 business days.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes, all shipping methods are tracked.
What shipping method will be used?
Most orders will be shipped with Deutsche Post or Swiss Post.
I moved. Can I change my address?
You can change your address only if your order status is "Processing". To change it, please visit your order's page.
My address is wrong but the order is already shipped. What can I do?
We are sorry but since your package has already been shipped you can't change your address at this time. If your address was wrong the package will be shipped back to us. Once we receive it we will ship it to you again to the correct address.
Is inCharge covered by a warranty?
Absolutely! Our warranty lasts for 2 years.

Is it possible to request a refund?
If you have changed your mind, you can request a refund if your order status is "Processing". If your order is "Ready for shipping" or "Shipped", you will need to wait until you receive the package, then you can ship the package back to us. Once received, we will send you the refund.
