DEMO Pre-Alpha V 0.7
Thank you for your support and comments, I've been working in the demo and finally is released.
Demo Pre-Alpha Farlight Explorers Version 0.7 In this Demo you can save and autosave but player can't load the game or continue. The savefiles generated during the demo will be loaded in the no-demo version, avaible for supporters.

About the Game
Farlight Explores is a 3D space-sandbox game, made for space exploration, science fiction, resource management and action fans. In this game you can build your colony or spaceship, explore the galaxy, fight against other enemy factions, commerce and more...
When you start the game you choose a planet to start from the hundreds out there in the galaxy map. Once on the planet you have to extract resources to begin building a colony that provides you with the items to survive like food and others. If the colony is secure, you can start building your spaceship to go to other planets to extract unique resources that you need to develop new technologies, or you can also use your spaceship to attack pirates, or trade with friendly factions or discover buried secrets.

Why Farlight Explorers needs your support?
The game is playable, the core is done, if you back the campaign you could play the pre-alpha, but I'm only a programmer and I have no idea of Conceptarts or 3d Design (I did the 3d models and well you can notice that it needs to be better),
So the game is in a point that it needs professional help and this people has to be paid in order to do a good job. I contacted with several professionals of the sector in order to get an idea of an overall cost of the game and I estimated that I could need about 15.000 dollars.
I will use the funds to Improve Game Graphics and Increase the Immersion of the player.
Each 3d asset cost around 80 dollars, right now the game has around 60 assets, that is a total amount of 4800 dollars . I didn't include future assets and the character so the cost would be more. Each concept art is around 400 dollars, I think 10 concept arts should be enough in order to get a global idea of the game, so that is 4000 dollars . The sounds/music I estimated over 2500 dollars. The licenses of the engine is about 1000 dollar. And the rest until the 15.000 dollars could be used to unexpected events.

Farlight Explorer Pre-Alpha Access will be available for all the backers, The Pre-Alpha contains all the existing features ,so you can get some idea of the game and see how can be with better graphics.
