The First App-Controlled Wireless Pain Relief Device.
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, or "TENS" devices have been prescribed by doctors as an effective way to reduce or even eliminate pain. TENS works by sending tiny electrical signals through the skin to intercept pain signals from reaching the brain, and help release endorphins, the body's natural pain-fighting chemical.
The device is medical grade and FDA-cleared, but does not require a prescription.

While TENS devices typically come with a separate unit and wires, iTENS is completely wireless, wearable, and flexible. The lithium-ion battery provides 24 hours of use on a single charge, and the peel 'n' stick gel pads are reusable and replaceable for multiple applications. The iTENS gives freedom from bulky devices and wires, so it can be worn under clothing, discreetly, any time or place.
Fully Adjustable to Fit Your Needs.
Multiple iTENS can be used on the body at one time. The main screen controls the power and intensity of the devices.

Behind the Design
"The iTENS device was created for people who are in need of a portable, convenient method of pain management that doesn't involve taking prescription medication," says iTENS CEO Joshua Lefkovitz. "We designed the iTENS to be thin, flexible, discreet, and easy to operate from the iTENS app."

Most wearable medical technologies that work in tandem with a smart phone have been used to gather data or deliver biofeedback, whereas the iTENS actually delivers a therapeutic treatment stimuli to provide instant and long-lasting pain relief that the user can control. In addition, the iTENS measures your pain scale, tracks your results, and charts your progress.
The itens device is available in 2 different sizes, each with 2 color options:

There are a few additional things that set iTENS apart from any other electrotherapy device on the market:
- The iTENS utilizes a patent-pending ultra-thin, multi-layer rotating wing structure that is fully flexible which allows you to apply devices to specific pain areas.
- Laser printed silver conductive surface to provide an unmatched quality of stimulation that doesn't feel pin-prickly or sharp like other TENS devices.
- The reusable gel pads are made of the highest quality gel available, and due to the design of the device, are a low cost when you need to refill.
- Updates will be a cinch with the app-based technology, so improving settings and accessing more programs will be as simple as updating the app.

Testimonials
"Works really well. I love not having wires attached to it!"
- Brian C.
"I have tried many other electrotherapy devices on the market but wasn't happy with the results until I stumbled across the iTens. The product works wirelessly with my iPhone and there's no cords to get in the way. It's an extremely practical device for someone who travels a lot like myself."
- Blake G.
"I have finally found a solution for my arthritic aches and pains!"
- R. Cooper
"I fell 2 stories at age 3, and my pain got so bad as an adult that I couldn't do a lot of everyday things. I've been using my itens for about 4 months now. I'm able to finally sit through SS and church service. I can go on car rides to visit friends and family. I end up turning it up pretty high the longer I sit, but it helps a lot! It's given me some of my life back![]()
