Meet the team!
Scott Clancey - Director
I am the Director on this project, therefore I am overlooking all of the creative processes. My aim is to bring all of these processes together as one overall vision!
Adriana Filipa - Producer
As the Producer, my responsibility is to organise every aspect of this film, from pre-production to post-production. I aim to create an environment where our cast and team can successfully use their abilities to create the best outcome possible for this film.
Callum Pearce - Editor
My initial approach to being the Editor on this project was plenty of research into the 'film noir' genre. Now it is time to put my research into practice where I am going to give this film the stylistic editing approach it needs to portray a 1940's feel, yet shot in this modern day.
Elliot Wood - Scriptwriter
As the Scriptwriter, it is my job to begin the creative process, proposing the idea for the film, working on multiple drafts and character breakdowns, as Scriptwriter it is my job to be there during the production making sure that the Director's creative vision matches with the writers.
Hadleigh Wade - Director of Photography
As the Director of Photography, I will be executing the Director's vision in this film. The visual look on this project will consist on a hybrid of traditional noir and modern comedy that involves a neat attention to detail, requiring myself to also manage the production team.
Ben Fullylove - Sound Designer
My role as the sound designer means I have to find the right music and foley sound that brings the film together. I am also a camera operator, which means I will be taking directions from the Director of Photography.
Dylan Musanhu - Production Designer
The look of a set is vital in drawing the audience into the story. As the Production Designer, I will help bring the story to life, working closely with the Director to achieve our desired 1940's look and feel through set design, locations, use of props and costumes.
Werth Nsombo - Lighting Director
Having the role of a Lighting Director is a very important role in a 'film noir' genre as shadows will help create a dramatic effect. I will be involved in designing this style, look and feel for the film as well as operating the lighting equipment on set.
Any donations will be going towards the cost of actors, travel and expenses, locations and even the cost of a rain machine! As well as many other props and costumes. All donations will be credited at the end of our film and you are able to track our progress along the way via our social media.
