Short Summary

• My name is Dorryen Wilson-Lewis and i am working with Helana Tsosie, we are both from lawrence kansas. 
• we have written a short film called Joy Motel, it is our very first, and we hope to film it this coming March. We are both high-school students who hope to pursue film after school 
• this short film is a suspense type of movie, its about a young couple (Jon and Donna Joy) who go on vacation to the joy motel for a week, while they are there though they begin to get more and more unhappy with each other, so Jon decides to end it.

What We Need & What You Get

• we need to be able to get out to arkansas to film our movie, we need gas and food for the actors, costumes, props, and we need to be able to pay the actors for their time spent working with us
• we will be sending out posters, scripts, handwritten letters, T-Shirts and special thanks for those that contribute
• we would make do with anything we receive

The Impact

all contributions make a difference, you will be helping two aspiring directors become more familiar with writing and directing

• we hope that this will be the first of many short/feature films, and this is gonna be amazing experience for us as a whole
