The Story:
A long time ago, the mountains of Siberia were ruled by clans of powerful Shamans. Three of them. Varg, Shrasa and Kaos Moon are still alive in spirit form and are locked in a deadly battle for revenge. Their link to the real world is the Russian medium Katja Zakkov and her brother Jules as they defend our reality from Shamans, mythological creatures and ancient gods.

The original Kaos Moon comic books and graphic novels were published in the late 90’s in the USA by Caliber Press and in Europe by Heavy Metal magazine. For a long time the color originals were lost in Germany. Through a sheer miracle the color pages were returned to me a couple years ago and I decided to release an English color edition as a large format European-style hardcover graphic novel. Kaos Moon will live on as a trading card game, possibly as a RPG and an animated series. Don’t miss out on the exclusive deluxe editions of this Russ Manning-nominated cult graphic novel.

This large format European-style graphic novel collects all the available color art and all available pin-ups and single illustrations. Many of them unpublished to this day. The few additional b/w short stories will be available as part of a bonus comic book to the deluxe edition as well as a stretch goals.

All art has been restored from the color originals, the book has been re-edited and re-lettered. The book contains the following stories:

5. Behind the scenes sketches, essays and artwork (20 pages)

Format: A4, 21 x 29.7 cm (approximately 8 ½ x 11 inches)

Interior: 128 pages interior art, full color, printed on 150 gram silk mat/coated paper.
