Originating from Argentina, chimichurri is made from parsley, garlic, vinegar, and other natural ingredients. Chimichurri is widely known for marinating meats and serving alongside meat dishes. Kara’s Chimi Chimi brings meat dishes to life and can be used for dipping chips and vegetables too. It can also be served as a spread or a condiment on tacos, salads, sandwiches and so much more.
Tired of the same old sauces giving your foods the same old flavors? We were too, and that was why we set out to make something different, our very own chimichurri that we could use as a universal sauce.

Introducing: Kara's Chimi Chimi
The story is a familiar one that moms across the world can relate to. Armed with a passion for good food and natural ingredients and most importantly 3 picky eaters, Jean set out to make a chimichurri sauce; with a twist.
Her daughters who began eating her cheese sticks, vegetables, pita chips dipped in this sauce loved it so much she put some into containers to give to her friends to help them also eat their vegetables.
And so Kara’s Chimi Chimi was born.
Following her daughter's creativity, Jean in addition to serving her own unique blend of all natural ingredients as a condiment to grilled meats, started making sandwiches, salads, tacos, eggs - pretty much anything that benefited from a flavor kick - to her friends and their kids with such an enormous response she decided to begin sharing this with the rest of the world.
Currently carried in local small markets and butcheries but can be ordered online. Hopefully will be in a grocery store near you.

What We Need & What You Get
Right now, we are turning to you to help raise funds to manufacture, market, and distribute Kara's Chimi Chimi on a larger scale.
We've made great strides in the last few months but still need some help to get the word out.

Risks and challenges
Anytime you launch a food product, safety is the number-one concern, we are working with reputable kitchens and manufacturers for the production of Kara's Chimi Chimi. We will work hard to keep the standard of quality high even as we scale up. If any other logistical challenges arise during the manufacturing and distribution processes, we will figure out a way to innovate and move forward all the while keeping our contributors updated regarding our progress.
