Indian Hills Nudist Park was opened in 1971 by
Gottlieb Kogel, also known as "the professor". He was a successful real estate investor and businessman. He was also a magician, but most importantly, he was a loyal friend to many people. To this day, we still get the pleasure of meeting the occasional 'old-timer' with great stories from the heydays of Indian Hills. The professor passed away in 2010, at the age of 94 (Though many feel he visits his beloved park often).
Today the park is the last nudist campground in Louisiana. It's important to our members and guests to keep the park open. Plus it's important to everyone who cares about freedom, whether you visit our park or not. Everyone should be able to enjoy naturism.
There are some improvements needed so the park can continue to thrive by inviting new guests, building the clientele and preserving the professor's dream.
The money will go to renovate the following projects in this order...
- Pool and Hot Tub Renovations
-
New Roof and Renovation of our Clubhouse
- 3 New Rental Cabins
The money raised will be kept in an account separate from the operating account. Renovations and improvements will be paid for directly from that account. Financial records will be available to all contributors.
The value of your contribution will be doubled, as we will be matching all money raised dollar for dollar. We have some great rewards in every price range.
We understand that not everyone can contribute financially right now, but think about these other ways to help...
- Share your licensed skills to help defer renovation costs,
- Share your time building, digging, planting, painting, cleaning...there will be plenty to do.
- Share our campaign on your social media, tell your friends about it, stand on the corner with a sign...anything you can think of to create a buzz.
Do you have a little extra to give? There are opportunities for interest investors as well. Inquire about our business plan and future improvements.
By making these necessary improvements, we will be able to grow the business and improve Indian Hills. Thank you so very much for helping to Keep Louisiana Naked.
