My name is Chloe Barcelou and I'm a 23 year old conceptual and fine art photographer, set designer, stylist and clothing fabricator. I have been interested in photography since I was about 17 and have been producing my own conceptual photo shoots for the past six years. Often working with limited resources, I hand-make props and costumes as well as furniture and backdrops. From start to finish I conceptualize, produce, coordinate, manage, style and photograph my images- sometimes even modeling for them. This campaign is important to me because it helps to locally raise awareness for my art and creations- often leading to jobs and connections that might have otherwise been missed. As this would be my first exhibit, I would be very excited and pleased to professionally show my art, hard work and dedication in a beautiful gallery space. 

But I need your help! I need to raise $500 by September 9th to cover the upfront cost of high quality archival prints and matting services. 

From start to finish, my photo-shoots are funded out of my pocket or by the contributing kindness of family and friends. Although I have learned to utilize my resources cleverly, they are still incredibly time consuming and very expensive. Your contribution would be valuable to me because this is simply something I cannot fund alone. In doing so, you're helping the dreams of a young and pursuant artist achieve her goals.
