Logline:
A boy on the verge of adulthood takes a journey across the breach between childhood and the unknown, guided by a cosmic mentor who reveals the beauty of his future.
Overview
"Lancaster Lane" is an independent short film that follows Charles Lancaster as he leaves his home to begin the big chapter in his life. To guide him, there is Stareyes, a mystical tour guide who gives him a glimpse into the future that may be. But with this future comes the fear of losing the man Charles once was.
The key theme of this story is the scariness of the unknown, that is the future, also comes with a sense of comfort.
The film's runtime will be around ~15 minutes. Production will take place in March and April 2025.
Budget
Goal: $2000
A majority of the budget will be dedicated to production costs such as Set design, walls, props, Cine Equipment, Post-Production, Film Festival Submissions, Promotional Expenses, Crew Expenses, and more!
