Dear Friends,

I would like to tell you something about my good friend Saurabh. He is a great guy and a big Open Source fan. He is heavily involved in two major Open Source projects - Joomla! and the Mozilla Foundation.

Saurabh spends his free time travelling around the world and spreading the Joomla! and Mozilla love at many different events. When he isn't travelling he is working on different areas in both these projects and spending a lot of time helping people. I think he spends the greater part of his day sitting in the front of his laptop and working as a volunteer trying to make those projects better. 

Now here is the keyword, the laptop. Unfortunately on his last trip to the JoomlaDay™ Poland conference his bag with his laptop was stolen. As you can imagine it is extremely difficult to work on a daily basis as a volunteer without having a reliable computer.

The Polish PCJ Open Source Foundation and all his friends have made decision to create this fundraising action to help Saurabh in his horrible situation.

So I would like to ask members of the Joomla! and Mozilla communities - for which Saurabh is always a great supporter, and to many of us a big friend too - support him and help him to buy a new laptop so he can continue to provide his support for Joomla!, Mozilla and all the other Open Source projects he is involved in.
