Will you LEAD the change?
Unleashing the potential of all people – regardless of their gender, background or skin colour – offers huge benefits for the economy, for our health and wellbeing, and for wider society.
We know that you recognise this. We know that you are already making great strides to create a diverse and equal workforce. We know that you have got a great story to tell.
Diversity is an issue whose time has come.
Many organisations recognise the immense value that diversity offers and are taking significant steps in the right direction. But others are lagging behind.
LEAD: Leadership for Equality and Diversity will provide leaders with the insight, information and resources they need to create workforces that are truly representative and that allow everyone to shine.
Investing in LEAD today will enable you to accelerate progress further and faster, and will enable us to secure the future of the magazine and the website for many months to come.
What We Need & What You Get
LEAD: Leadership for Equality and Diversity comprises:
* A quarterly LEAD magazine with in-depth features, analysis, interviews and success stories
* A website that is updated daily with news, views and special online-only content
* E-bulletins, special reports and research
* Networking events, including roundtables, receptions and workshops
We have already secured £14,000 and have a further £10,000 in the pipeline - and that is before we have even launched!
But we want to provide an enhanced website, create a superb programme of learning and networking events, and commission some unique research to share with the world. To do this, we need a further £25,000. It is this gap we would like you to help us fill.
Your Impact
By investing in LEAD magazine, you will help organisations of all shapes and sizes access the tools, insight and inspiration they need to create diverse and inclusive workforces. In turn, this will mean more women and people from under-represented groups have the opportunity to achieve their potential.
The economy will benefit. Society will benefit. You will benefit.

Achieving our goal will be no mean feat. But we think we are up for the job.

We have both experienced and witnessed our own fair share of discrimination in the workplace. We understand the impact of missed opportunity and lack of awareness. We are passionate about using our combined 50 years' experience in publishing and journalism to bring about the change we want to see.
Together, we are confident that we have the skills and expertise to make LEAD magazine a success. We are fully committed to this project and have already invested more than 500 hours of own time - without pay.
But to make it a real success, we need your help!
