Our Story
Hello!
My name is Erick Harding and I created a card game called Legacy!
i was tired of games being over simplified and not very creative. i mean simple is good, however my mind craves something where i have to really think and explore possibilities to come up with new and interesting things.
i really like to make people think differently.
The game itself was converted from a Role playing game i made when i was younger, and converted it over the years to a card game.
The Impact
i am hoping to create a new type of card game , adventurous and creative, i want this card game to FEEL like a role playing game.
If my goal is not met my card game may never see the light of day, as have no real job, i have a sleeping disorder which prevents me from working a normal job, so i have to work from home. this work is unsteady at best, so i have to pretty much sell everything i own in order to pay for a programmer.
this prototype will help me in ways you cannot imagine.
What We Need & What You Get
What we need is 2200 dollars for a Working prototype and a playable game.
once this prototype is created we can begin Alpha and Beta testing.
once this prototype is complete we can raise more money with this prototype and hire artists and graphics gurus to come in and make the game and website look much better.
i intend to release this game on the Iphone/ipad and other devices as well as on PC and mac.
Should my goal not be reached the money will still go to the programmer to get as far as we can and i will scrape and sell what i can to try and meet the rest of the money.

The initial introductory set of this game has around 300 cards. around 160 cards are going to be released upon Launch of the website.
several of those cards are completely unattainable by anyone other than investors.
i have set aside some Swag for people who are kind enough to donate for this cause.
1 - 1 dollar donation and above gets you a Unique card available to no one else but investors.
5 - 5 dollar donation or higher gets you into the beta as well as a unique card.
10 - 10 dollar donation gets you into alpha and beta, and unique card.
25 - 25 dollars or higher gets you into the pre-alpha and beta and 2 unique investor cards.
50 - 50 dollars or higher grants you access to pre-alpha and beta and 2 unique investor cards and all of the concept art not seen by anyone else as well as a Poster of your favorite card signed by the artist.
100 - a donation of 100 dollars or more gets you access to pre-alpha and beta, 2 unique investor cards all the concept art and a poster of your favorite card signed by the artist as well as a Hat and t-shirt sporting the Legacy logo.
500 - an amazing 500 dollar donation gets you into the pre-alpha and beta, 2 unique investor cards, all concept art available, a poster of your favorite card, a jacket, hat, poster,t shirt and a unique prize, a Custom card of a character made by you, with the way you want him to look and pose. within the game balance rules of course.
