IT would be PERFECT if we could reach 30K by the end of this campaign. Which in reality after indiegogo fees and fufilling perks would be our original 25K.

WELCOME TO OUR INDIEGOGO CAMPAIGN!!
LINES is based off a TRUE story that happened to me last summer when I went to the dermatologists office to remove a mole on my inner thigh, only to be accosted by a youth obsessed doctor. I don't want to give away the entire plot but the experience was so horrifyingly funny that I'm making a short film about it. Can't WAIT TO SHARE!!
MEET THE TEAM:
Amy Jo Johnson- AMELIA/WRITER/DIRECTOR/PRODUCER
![Amelia Amy Jo Johnson]()
Amy Jo, me, has been successfully working as an actress for over twenty years in the film and television industry. Roles such as Julie Emrick on the critically acclaimed television series Felicity and Jules Callahan in the award winning Canadian series Flashpoint has given her the experience and confidence to venture beyond that craft and into the world of writing and directing. Her first screenplay “Crazier Than You” has won the 2012 Blacktie Screenplay Competition from the Long Island Film Festival and third place in the 2013 Write Brothers Screenplay Competition for the Canada International Film Festival. Also, Amy Jo’s short film BENT has been selected to screen at the 2013 Women's International Film and Arts Festival in Miami, Fl and the Athens, International Film Festival and also won the audience choice award in the 2013 Women in Film and Television- Toronto Short Film Showcase.
Blah Blah Blah... I LOVE making MOVIES and sharing personal stories that will hopefully help or inspire someone.
Enrico Colantoni- THE DOCTOR
So blessed to have this AMAZINGLY talented funny human in LINES. Most beloved on the big screen as the loveable alien Commander Mathesar in the sci-fi hit Galaxy Quest, “Rico” is currently recurring on the hit CBS series Person Of Interest as the villainous “Elias” and will also be guest-starring on an upcoming episode of the Syfy series Warehouse 13. Enrico has collaborated with director Steven Soderbergh twice, having acted in in both Soderbergh's recent thriller Contagion and Full Frontal, playing opposite David Duchovny and Julia Roberts. He was recently seen in the acclaimed mini-seires The Kennedys as J. Edgar Hover also staring Green Kinnear and Tom Wikinson and produced by Tom Hanks' Playtone Pictures.
Enrico has achieved enormous success on television and recently wrapped the acclaimed CBS/ION primetime drama Flashpoint as Sgt. Gregory Parker.
OKAY! Rico's bio goes on and on and is truly impressive. I'll just end his praise on the fact that at this very moment he is filming VERONICA MARS the movie as Keith Mars. LOVE YOU RICO!!
Ingrid Kavelaars- NURSE
![The Nurse Ingrid Kavelaars]()
Gemini Award winner Ingrid Kavelaars was born in London, Ontario into a large family that includes her twin sister Monique, who competed for Team Canada at the 2004 Olympics in Athens. Ingrid has starred in TV series such as Code Name Eternity, Jeremiah, Stargate SG-1, Whistler and Lost Girl. She won the 2007 Gemini for her guest role on ReGenesis. Kavelaars was also featured on ABC’s hit series V and stars in the TMN series Living In Your Car. For her work on this series, which is written by George F. Walker, Ingrid received a 2011 Gemini nomination.
Most recently, Ingrid can be seen in her recurring role on XIII, and just wrapped filming her recurring role on CTV’s The Listener Season 4.
I've known Ingrid since we went to school in NYC together at age 19! Talk about apropo! As we both age and travel through this roller coaster life long friendship is what helps keep our perspective on straight. She's a LIFER. Blessed to have her on board!
JESSICA ADAMS- PRODUCER
![Producer Jessica Adams]()
Jessica graduated from Ryerson University having co-produced the highly acclaimed short film Life Doesn’t Frighten Me, directed by Stephen Dunn and starring Gordon Pinsent. The film has screened in prestigious film festivals around the world, including TIFF, Tribeca, and AFI. She has gone on to work with prominent actors turned first-time filmmakers, including Flashpoint’s Amy Jo Johnson and Trailer Park Boys’ Cory Bowles. She recently finished working with actor and producer Shauna MacDonald and director Kate Johnston on the feature film Tru Love, a poignant yet honest look at a complicated lesbian triangle.
Jessica was the production manger on BENT and I'm excited to be working side by side with her on LINES!! Talented smart lady.
