"LIVE EPIC"

On November 4^th, 2014, Nathan went into the hospital with a feeling like that of the flu. It wasn’t long after a series of tests that he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a rare form of cancer that effects less than 1% of all cancers patients . Unlike other cancers it only attacks those in the younger ages of life, 15-35, and mostly male. 

After being diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, Nathan decided to launch the LIVE EPIC campaign. A creative process for artists, travelers and creatives who want to support those in the fight against cancer to use their cameras as a tool to inspire & encourage those currently in the fight.

Using INSTAGRAM or VSCO join us and share your epic adventures with those in the fight against cancer by simply choosing to #LIVEEPIC.

With every LIVE EPIC band purchased we will give one LIVE EPIC band to someone in the fight against cancer.

Each band is handcrafted and constructed by STALYON. Each LIVE EPIC supporter will receive this special LIVE EPIC signature band. Hot Iron branding. Crafted with 9oz. leather, Antique brass hardware, Midnight Black Natural Dye.

THE RISKS & REWARDS

Living with cancer is already one of the greatest risks. The risks for the #LIVEEPIC campaign is that you simply don't give towards making a high impact on the lives of those in need. The LIVE EPIC campaign is driven to inspire those in the fight against cancer. The rewards are that you may inspire someone's life with a single #LIVEEPIC photo, or give someone in the fight against cancer a matching LIVE EPIC wristband when you purchase yours. ABOUT NATHAN

Hello! My name is Nathan. I was born in Santa Barbara, California but spent most of my childhood growing up in the adventurous Pacific Northwest. I love coffee, the sound of Lord Huron and to be perfectly honest with you, there isn't anything more beautiful than catching a sunrise off the coast in Malibu. Growing up in Washington State I developed a passion to travel and explore the great outdoors. I graduated from Seattle University in 2003 and began an epic road trip back down to my Southern California roots. It was here that I honed the craft of garment construction and handcrafted leather goods. I had always dreamed of creating my own clothing brand. Living in Los Angeles gave me the opportunity to make this dream a reality. After learning as much as I could about the business, I created the brand STALYON; a brand dedicated to the modern day nomad, creative and legendary traveler. Stepping into this new chapter in battling cancer, my goal is to simply inspire others to simply LIVE EPIC. Life is a beautiful gift and we all must use it to the best of our abilities.
