My Holiday in Cameroon - December 2013!!!
Going careless on vacation in Cameroon is Egoistic Tourism.
Going in charge of carrying a message of hope to the African children is a tourism of solidarity.
I will spend a month working in the orphanage of CAJEN created by Maman MAXI, a school teacher and an orphan herself.
CAJEN center, is welcoming orphans , from 3 to 17 years old, to enable them to follow education in a nearby public school in Douala suburb : It has been presented to me by my Cameroonian friend, herself raised with a European education and now working in Montreal, yet has not forgotten her wonderful country of origin.
Africa is not only a huge market and a huge exporter of basic produces and a rich field of valuable minerals ores. Africa was the cradle of European civilization. Africa is now the widest basin of cultural and intellectual human resources thanks to its high birth rate if we contribute heavily to educate and train them.
To channel fund to educate our African young kids is the best insurance for our future.
Give 10-20-50 even 100 $CAD, I will deliver them directly to Maman MAXI hands.
Make a maximal gift to Maman MAXI and her children.
To give directly to the Center , is to be sure that your gifts will be spent usefully without overheads of NGOs.
To give directly is to give more, it is creating a personal and cultural link, it is delivering a message of hope.
The children of Maman MAXI are extending their hands, thirsty to learn. Help them proceed from elementary towards higher education.
I thank you on their behalf and You will receive at my return a souvenir of my visit to CAJEN.
