Help us Keep Our Rates Low!
We offer some of the cheapest rates in town in one of the most unique venues around. Artists and Producers who create content for underserved communities are given the space for more than half off the normal rates and in some cases we offer up our space for free.
In order to keep the lights on and maintain our affordable rental costs we will need some help from our friends & family to keep us afloat.
And Remember:
- No Donation is Too Small!
- If every performer from every show in 2016 gave $5 we would more than double our goal!
- This donation supports small local business, not a corporate chain.
A Donation to The Lyric Hyperion is a donation to:
Local Theatre. New Works. Diversity Showcases. LGBTQ Gatherings & Events. Female & Minority Produced Shows & Content. Shows for the Elderly. Live Music Venue for Teens & Young Adults. An Affordable Art Space. A Progressive Community Where Unique Artists Can Flourish.

Other Ways You Can Help
If you can't give financially at this time we understand but if you want to stay involved here are a few other valuable ways to contribute to this campaign.
- First and foremost PLEASE SHARE THIS PAGE WITH ANYONE YOU THINK COULD/WOULD CONTRIBUTE! Many of you have been involved at the Lyric off and on over the past decade, every little bit helps us reach our goal.
- Volunteer time or resources to the Lyric to help with repairs and supply costs.
- Grab some food & drink from the cafe for your next meeting or hang out.
- Lyric Cafe is a vital part of the operation but because our food & drink sales are mostly dependent on audience turnout we don't always hit our daily numbers to break even. Getting more people into the cafe/bar will inevitably lead to more butts in seats for our 50+ shows!
