MAGQI Magnetic Wireless Desk Charger is designed to use at home or in the office.  You can just take your phone from MAGQI when you wake up in the morning and put it on MAGQI before sleep, it will be fully charged next morning. 

You can put several MAGQI desk chargers around your apartment. It looks so clean and very convenient for you to charge your phone.

Q1, When will you ship MAGQI?

The MAGQI will ship to you in March, 2017. 

Q2, My phone has built-in wireless receiver, do I still need the adapter? 

Yes, for these phones already with built-in wireless receiver, MAGQI have the magnetic patch, otherwise, the phone will not be hold by MAGQI products. 

Q3, Must I wear a phone case in order to use MAGQI? 

Yes, although the MAGQI receiver patch can stick to the bank of the phone, but we highly suggested to use the phone case to protect the receiver patch. 

Q4, How thick the phone case is good for MAGQI? 

The working distance for Qi technology is ≤10mm, most of the phone case should not reach 10mm. 

Q5, How strong the MAGQI magnetic design is? Will my phone falling from the charger while I am driving? 

We have tested the magnetic design? It can hold your phone firmly even on the bumpiest road, same when using the power bank. 

Q6, How fast the MAGQI charging speed? 

The efficiency of the MAGQI wireless charger is up to 80 percent, so the speed is very close to cable charging. 

Q7, Will the MAGQI Wireless Receiver Patch compatible with other wireless charger? 

As long as your wireless charger is Qi standard, it will be compatible. But bear this in mind, other wireless charger may not have the magnetic design, so your phone will not be hold firmly. 

Q8, Will the magnets damage my phone? 

We have tested the sample repeatedly on different phones  in the past several months, there is no negative impact for the phone at all.
