Meiko Miniatures is a small company producing miniatures for Fantasy Football. We offer alternative designs to the ones existing and we provide the players with a wide variety of miniatures to help them complete their teams. To achieve this we always work with the most talented sculptors.

Why crowdfunding?

After the release of the ultimate Lizardmen Team and the ultimate Kaos Dwarf Team, Meiko Miniatures new project is the ultimate Ratmen Team. We have been showing the initial greens of this team. All these greens received good reviews from our customers, so we decided to go on with the project. This team will include: 4 Gutter Runners, 2 Blitzers, 2 Throwers, 4 Linemen, 1 Rat Ogre and 5 Star Players: Hamflek with Two Heads, Klark Smash with Strength 4 and three optional Claws, Fechglitz with Ball and Chain, Skipper the Assassin and the Rat Ogre Headsmasher. Also, this campaign will include several more items: racial Turn Counter, Ratmen Plastic Gaming Mat, racial Range Ruler, racial d6 Dice, racial Football, Ratmen Mutation Sprues… 

The sculpting of most of these miniatures has already been made. But we need your help to speed up the casting process. That way, we will be able to release the Meiko Ratmen Team much sooner than what was initially planned. Using Indiegogo as a platform to rise funds helps us a lot since we can finance new miniatures and other interesting items, obtain feedback from our customers and it gives us confidence to keep working on. In exchange you will get some cool rewards.

All the miniatures will be casted in metal, including the Ratmen Turn Counter. The master moulds will be made by Miniaturas Alemany, the mouldmaker of other successful Fantasy Football Indiegogo campaigns like the Chaos Team and the 2 Halfling Teams of Willy Miniatures.

Pedro Ramos (a.k.a. Poncho) is the skilled sculptor of all the miniatures of the Meiko Ratmen. He has also sculpted the Ratmen Turn Counter and the Ratmen football, two great accessories for a great team. Pedro Ramos is currently considered by many Fantasy Football fans as one of the best Fantasy Football sculptors worldwide. His sculpting style specially fits with the Ratmen race, since he has a special gift to give shape to the Ratmen minis that we all have in mind.

This Range Ruler is made of flexible plastic and is 1 mm thick. That is the same thickness than a plastic Credit Card.

The Ratmen Plastic Gaming Mat is printed in oilcloth, so it’s waterproof and you will be able to easily roll it for a comfortable transportation.

The Gaming Mat includes 2 Dugouts with their 3 sections: Bench, Unconscious and Dead-Injured. Also includes Re-roll, Turn and Score Counters, two Throw-in templates and two Quick Reference Lists with all the possible results of the Kickoff, 2 printed toothet wheels where players usually throw the kickoff, a colored Table to establish Ranges when throwing the ball, and  a Weather Table and a Scatter template.

If we reach 10.000 EUR All contributors will get a Ratmen Coach for just 7 EUR, adding the Strech Level for it. This Strech Level will be created once the campaign reaches the amount stated above.

If we reach 12.000 EUR All contributors of Level 9 or higher will get for free a human size miniature (7’95 EUR retail price or lower), from the whole Meiko Miniatures catalogue, except on new realeased miniatures (the ones that have been released after this Ratmen campaign started).
