After decades of asking the questions, celebrity TV host and journalist Catt Sadler flips the cameras on herself to document the most raw and unfiltered look at navigating midlife.

Catt is best known for her hosting roles on E! Entertainment Television. For more than a decade, Catt covered virtually every actor, movie and piece of pop culture fodder you can imagine. While appearing on multiple shows a day at a time, Catt found out that her male counterpart was making considerably more than she. As a result, Catt courageously walked away from her dream job at E!, and in the process, unwittingly became a face for the #EqualPay movement.

Newly unemployed, juggling two teenagers, single, and twice-divorced, Catt was bound and determined to use her journalism superpowers for good. With so many connections to celebrities, icons, and thought leaders, Catt launched the wildly successful podcast, Naked with Catt Sadler, runs her own digital media company theCATTWALK, and returns with a new podcast in May, It Sure Is A Beautiful Day. 

But still -- after single-handedly growing her new business, Catt's inner thirst hasn't been quenched. The questions -- the weighty ones -- persist. So what's a boss like Catt to do? Get answers -- in the form of a documentary.

In Midlife, Catt will go on a journey for deeper clarity on aging, reinvention, sexuality, spirituality, and all things wellness (or at least the modalities you don’t know about). She wants to explore Buddhism, digital detoxing, bio-genomics, biohacking, micro-dosing, and more.

This is the real deal. Catt is authentically and sincerely embarking on this search, cameras or not. But with your help, there will be a pro film crew and some very colorful experiences.

A lot of you engage with Catt on Instagram and Clubhouse — but not everything you see online is full Catt. She wants to expose and share with you the many facets of her most authentic self. All of them (the proverbial good, bad & the ugly), so that you too might awaken to your own journey of self-discovery.
