There is a magic in the land of New Zealand, where the Maori have dwelled
for thousands of years; a wisdom that is almost indescribable that must be
experienced and I ask that you join me on my journey to help
the world experience it through the language of this film,

Dear Community,
Some said I should just give up. That the dream of making this amazing story into a film was
impossible.
Even though I had a successful track record in business and the Entertainment industry, there were those times when I thought "maybe they are right - maybe I am crazy".
But after three journeys to New Zealand, many days immersed in Maori culture, a witness to the miracles and the impossibly magical things that happen as a matter of course, I knew I had to make this happen. Kori's story had to be told.
Sometimes something inside tells us not to give up, to
stay with it just a little longer and our greatest dreams will be realized. I learned, while in New Zealand, that the impossible was indeed, quite possible.
And I knew this could be true for "Misitifed" when I discovered Indiegogo. Together we can make this happen.
When logic dictated otherwise, I was compelled to follow my heart. Rewrite
after rewrite, through 10 years of financial struggle and doubts I stuck with this story that refused 'not to be born'.
I feel it in my entire being that now, is the time to give birth to a film that will inspire and transform
the world by revealing ancient wisdom that at one time was held closely guarded
by the Maori people of New Zealand.
A wisdom that will touch people's hearts in a way that other films have
not.

BE COURAGEOUS ..... BE ADVENTUROUS ..... BE MISTIFIED
For those who do not know me. I have an extensive business background with years of experience in the Entertainment Industry and a proven track record as Founder and President of Wilson Entertainment, a top Talent Agency. I know how to attract talent. I provided talent for Mr. Holland's Opus, Incredible Journey, Free Willy and Point Break, as well as serial TV shows and advertising.
I've been intimately involved in the spiritual cinema genre. Most notably:
- Casting Director and Extras Casting for “INDIGO”, an
independent film produced and directed by Stephen Simon (producer of “What
Dreams May Come” with Robin Williams). Executive Producer/Writer, James
Twyman, Emissary of Light.
- Casting Director for “CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD” which
was based on the international bestselling book written by Neale Donald Walsch,
produced and directed by Stephen Simon.
So movies with the intent of being transformational and inspirational are very dear to my heart. Our movie WILL bring a unique insight into the ancient Maori culture not seen before.
As President of WaveLink Productions - "Mistified" is my passion. I am honored and feel very blessed to have the commitment and backing of my dear New Zealand Maori friends and elders who have shared privileged access to 'te reo' (language) and 'wairua tapu' (sacred knowledge), which money cannot buy. This film is my "heart in action" and my "Calling". It is very humbling that this has been recognized.

It is a cross-cultural, coming of age story. To me, it is much more - it has also been my personal journey of discovery.
Why this has to be a film …because no other media transports a group of people into a world where time can be suspended. The words, sounds, and
visuals create an inspiring and transformational experience that an
individual will carry for the rest of their life.
Films are the quintessence of “sound” and
“light” the transformative frequencies humans resonate with.
“Mistified”
will trigger ancient memories encouraging viewers to embark on their
own epic and magical journeys in life. What the movie has done for me, I believe it will do for others.
What We Need & What You Get
- Phase I - Initial funds raised in this Campaign are for develop of business plan and budget.
- Phase II - Obtain funding for film production.
We are putting out the "Call" for our Co-Production partners, both business and creative. Those special
individuals with like minds and spirits, we welcome on the adventure of making our inspirational and transformational movie.
All funds raised during this campaign will be used to build the foundation necessary to create a successful film.

Linda Cruze is the ultimate humanitarian, working the frontline and making the impossible, possible. Her story though not specifically indigenous related is truly inspiring.

Planet earth and her people need hope. Through the trials of life and entry into the most advanced soul wisdom of first nation people's we can draw the best in ourselves to inspire love and community once more.

"People, people, people" says the closing lines in a proverb meaning people first, last and always. With love in our hearts we can make a difference.
