Mi “Misty is releasing a new album and that's great news.
Because we love Misty!
Personally, I never miss one of these concerts.
Her previous album revealed the sensitivity of the woman, weakened by the difficult moments she had endured over a decade.
This one is juicy. It bursts, it glows, it bubbles.
Thank you Misty for this beautiful gift you gave us, you are a beautiful person and a great lady.”

Misty White is a singer, songwriter, drummer, guitarist, and traveling troubadour.
Born and raised in Arkansas, the wanderlust teen jumped across the mighty Mississippi River to Memphis and picked up the drumsticks, playing with The Hellcats, the Alluring Strange, the Chiselers and the Zippin Pippins, slaying the music scene with a pop-garage-punkabilly-blues sound.
Misty White was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Anyone who comes from there will tell you it's hell on earth. And Misty White is an angel. The Devil's Little Angel, more precisely.
She therefore moved to Memphis, Midtown, still a minor, attracted by the light of Graceland. She then meets Tav Falco and witnesses the birth of the Panther Burns. She will be with them on drums throughout 1988. She accompanies and becomes friends with Alex Chilton and Townes Van Zandt and goes on tour in Germany. She rubs shoulders with Charlie Feathers, Billy Lee Riley, Cordell Jackson. Misty, also strives to save "Liberty Land", an amusement park doomed to demolition, in which is located Elvis' favorite ride, the famous "Zippin Pippin", a magnificent roller coaster. If she tells you about this adventure, her story will surely end in tears.
She joined Lorette Velvette in the indomitable Hellcats, whose 2nd album, Hoodoo Train, received 3.5 stars out of 5 from Rolling Stone magazine. She appears in "Great Balls Of Fire" alongside Dennis Quaid, "The People vs. Larry Flynt" with Woody Harrelson, as well as in "Wayne County Ramblin'" by Dan Rose.
She began recording her original songs with her first 10-inch, “Misty” (2011) followed by two full albums, “I Need A Ride” (2013) and after moving to Toulouse, France, “Worth The Wait” (2018).
Today, Misty presents “Dis-Moi”: a most excellent album of country-blues and raucous rock, featuring songs such as the protest anthem “Daylight” and the pandemic inspired “L’éponge” .
Singing in English and in French, she brings forth her inspiring songs, like diamonds unearthed from Arkansas mud, burnishing the hell out of each precious gem, mining meaning from life's enduring adventure, heartbreak, humor and love.
As these “gems” are figurative and not literal, we need your help to convert Dis-Moi from digital to vinyl!
Our goal is 2500 euros to burn the acetate and press the LPs for vinyl production, creating a beloved addition to your listening and vinyl-collecting pleasure.
VERSION FRANCAISE:
