Regular vs. Relaxed fit

Most people can wear the Relaxed fit while the Regular fit can become too tight if you have a bigger body structure. 

The Regular fit is designed for an average built rider and has a slimmer fit to the body.
The Relaxed fit has more leg room and designed for larger built riders, or if you want a more baggy look.

The mid-air inflation tests shows how fast the Airbag jeans and vest inflates before hitting the ground.

The Mo'cycle® Airbag Jeans also come with CE approved Micro-lock knee pads from industry-leading brand Knox. The removable pads are soft to touch and becomes hard at impact.

We've partnered with Helite, the leader in motorcycle airbag technology, to manufacture our airbags. In addition to that, we've also partnered with Armalith that produces the CE approved abrasion resistant denim that's stronger and lighter compared to kevlar and steel, while feeling and looking like regular jeans.

Crash tested on the road

The Airbag Jeans have been crash tested with hired professionals in speeds up to 70 km/h (43 mph). In addition to that, our founder Moses accidentally tested the Airbag Jeans when he crashed his new bike in 100 km/h (60 mph). Hear him tell the story below!

 

How the Airbag is activated

The Airbag is activated if you are physically removed from the motorcycle, it works like a 'dead-man's-switch'. Don’t worry, the Airbag won’t deploy if you forget to disconnect the tether when walking off the bike (it needs a force of approximately 40 kg / 88 lbs to activate).

All riders  The shorter you adjust the tether, the faster is the inflation.
Sport bike riders Adjust the tether quite short, be close to the bike.
Adventure riders Adjust the tether so you can stand up straight on the bike from time to time, if that is your riding style.

 

100% reusable - just replace the cartridge

Unlike many other airbag products, you can easily prepare your Airbag Jeans for another ride after deployment! Just wait for the jeans to self-deflate and replace the CO2 cartridge.

Two CO2 cartridges are included, activate the Airbag Jeans with one cartridge and check how it feels inflated, then re-load it with the second cartridge.
