The big-bang explosion of human capability over the past sixty years has created much more than enough leverage to enable all of us to live free, abundant, and creative lives AND quickly restore the Earth's life support systems. Our illustrated book and animated video put this assertion on the table for the world to examine. We ask:

Why haven’t we used our vast wealth and capability to solve our problems?

How do we create the healthy world we want to live in?

Artist Jack Wiens and writer Timothy Nobles answer these questions in an elegant, art-quality illustrated book that shows YOU a heart-opening new world of opportunity. It also reveals a path to a positive future for those who come after us; a path to a healthy world for our children and grandchildren. In addition, we create an online version in the form of a short animated video. Our title is MORE THAN ENOUGH: Four Levers to Global Prosperity and Restoring the Earth.

We believe that global humanity can transform from living in fearful scarcity to living in confident sustainable prosperity within a very short time frame. We do it by:

1) showing everyone that we've already created MORE THAN ENOUGH
2) showing everyone that we can release and multiply our pent-up abundance by Pulling the Prosperity Lever:

The Prosperity Leverage Principle (see illustration above) is simple: reducing fear increases trust, just like pushing down one end of a seesaw raises the other end; and increasing trust releases and multiplies prosperity—the leverage ratio can be 2 to 1, 5 to 1, or, in our globally connected and synergistic world, much more. And yes, we know that it’s a finite planet; the worldwide healthy prosperity we describe fits within the limits of the Earth’s life support systems.

HOW does raising the level of trust in a society release and multiply prosperity? This question is explored in economics and business best-sellers such as TRUST, the Social Virtues, and the Creation of Prosperity by famous neoconservative professor Francis Fukuyama, and in THE SPEED OF TRUST: The One Thing That Changes Everything by well-known business writer Stephen M. R. Covey. However, as good as these books are, we think cartoons make the important story of how trust multiplies prosperity accessible to a wider audience:

Our proposition is that we can unlock and multiply the enormous leverage and capability we humans have already created by making simple changes in the way we relate to each other. The punch-line of our presentation (our “Fourth Lever”) is a Trust Maneuver that lowers-fear/raises-trust worldwide and thus creates a global tide of healthy prosperity that lifts all boats. This Trust Maneuver is the “first domino” of a cascade of “simple changes in the way we relate to each other” that quickly takes us to the healthy world we want to live in. LEVER 4: The Trust Maneuver

This is the action lever by which we radically reduce fear on a global basis, which raises trust and thus triggers the Prosperity Leverage Effect. We believe that the Trust Maneuver will initiate a positive cascade that quickly shifts us from operating mostly from Fear-Based Dysfunction to operating mostly from SuperIntegrity.

The Trust Maneuver is very simple—we devote about 1/3 of 1% of our global GDP to a tightly focused effort to stop letting 18 million desperately poor people die each year (70% of the deaths are children) and stop letting the life support systems of the Earth die. The Trust Maneuver has enormous, largely unforeseen consequences for the following reason. One of our deepest and most universal fears, common to billionaires, the middle class, and the poorest of the poor, is the fear that we are too short-sighted, too corrupt, too greedy, too selfish, too sinful, or as these folks say:

LEVER 4 BOTTOM LINE: We stop letting the children die and we stop letting the Earth die, we realize we are smart and compassionate enough to make it, our self esteem and economic wellbeing skyrocket. We collect the Trust Bonus. WE WIN THE POT OF GOLD!
