Effortlessly activate heating in your upper back at the touch of the button and get warm within 10 seconds. Our new and improved heating elements are the product of years of research, consumer feedback, and manufacturing experience, designed to give you heat that permeates throughout your body.

Using the control button, adjust the heating to the temperature level that feels best. POLAR SEAL's color coded temperature control buttons allow you to tell what heating level you are on at a glance, and make adjustments in seconds. The heating levels range from 104°F to 122°F (40°C to 50°C).

Using your POLAR SEAL at the highest setting, you will enjoy heat for the following periods of time depending on your power bank's capcity.

• 5,000 mAh – Around 4 hours autonomy
• 10,000 mAh – Around 8 hours autonomy
• 20,000 mAh – Around 14 hours autonomy

(Data subject to variation depending on the quality & age of the power bank)

POLAR SEAL is compatible with standard USB power banks (not included). This gives you the freedom to choose the power bank that suits your needs and taste, or use USB power banks you already might own. 

Unlike most smart textiles, the POLAR SEAL Heated T-Shirts are machine washable making them easy to clean and ideal for everyday use just like traditional clothes.

The Heated T-Shirts are great for the outdoors. Specially designed, the POLAR SEAL control button is engineered to endure shocks and hits without changes to the settings.

POLAR SEAL fabrics are composed of polyester and elastane, making the garment warm, breathable, comfortable, and flexible, ideal for most outdoor sports and activities. 

The Heated T-Shirt temperature control button is reactive enough to be operated with gloves on.

We offer Free Size Exchanges

If you find that you did not select the right size, we will happily exchange the heated t-shirt (same gender and color) for a more suitable size. All you have to do is send us the heated t-shirt back within 10 days of receipt, unused, complete, with its tags, and packed in its original packaging. We will send you a replacement at our cost.

You are covered by our Warranty

We provide a ninety days warranty on the components and workmanship of the heated t-shirt’s heating element. Should it stop working within ninety days upon receipt, and once we have determined that these elements are defective solely as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will supply you with a replacement at no charge (including dispatch), or refund you.

The Team

The POLAR SEAL Team members are passionate about design, smart textiles, and creating products that improve people’s lives and create an enjoyable user experience. We are also avid skiers and mountaineers, and our team members have trekked around the Annapurna and scaled Glaciers. We started the POLAR SEAL brand as we wanted to create comfortable and desirable smart garments to keep us warm on snow capped mountains and throughout our adventures. 

Feeling cold is a universal problem in the winter months, and for thousands of years, mankind has sought to stay warm by wearing layers of clothing to prevent cold from leaving the body. We thought to ourselves that there must be a better way. Why not create garments that can deliver heat on demand, and without having to compromise on style, comfort, or flexibility.

Our team has over 30 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and distributing consumer electronic products throughout the world, ranging from IoT products to GPS devices and other smart appliances. We have recently ventured into the new and exciting smart textile space. 

The heated t-shirts are our third generation smart textile product. We have shipped over 12,000 units of our first generation smart textile, the heated zip top. The heated t-shirt is the product of months of experience, research and development, and iterative product improvements. We are confident that with our complimentary set of skills and years of experience, that the new POLAR SEAL collection will be produced and shipped on time. 

All the POLAR SEAL heated garments are put through rigorous testing, in the lab and in the field. POLAR SEAL has kept adventurers, athletes, and explorers warm on the top of snow capped peaks, in the arctic, and on transatlantic ocean crossings.
