9/5/14: Update Contests begins! 

Lets start a contest!!! It will start today 9/5/14 and end on Thursday 9/26/14 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard time. The contributor who raises the most money via referrals will get a $5 amazon gift card for every $2k raised by the end of the contest. There will only be 1 winner. Every Friday until the contest ends I will post who is in the lead and how much they have raised so everyone knows. See the Gallery for the current graph. So lets get to sharing!!!

What is My Life Book? 

Well its easier to just tell you what a member said when we asked them what they thought of the service we provide: "My Life Book is Facebook, Myspace, YouTube, Angie's list, Career builder, Kickstarter/Indiegogo, Wordpress and Ebay all in one place! Without the privacy issues and no Advertisements." 

We created My Life Book because we were tired of the advertisements, the selling of our information, the constant begging from our friends to help them with their games. We have had enough. So we went out and created our own. We use it so we would never do anything with your information we wouldn't do with our own. We like our privacy! 

That is really who we are. Here are a couple of videos that will show how we are different from all the others out there. 

We do have a small subscription fee to user our services. Since we do not gain any advertising revenue or sell your information we do have to pay the bills somehow. Here is our current subscription plans. 

We are raising funds to put games on our social media site. We are tired of all the back end crap that the social media games program in. we are tired of begging our friends to help us so we can keep playing, or throwing tons of money into the game. Not to mention the data mining, psychological profiling that is built in to almost all the social media games out there. 

Our plan is to build our own games minus all that crap. Host them on our servers and our social media site. No information will be transferred to anyone about anything you do. You won't need to post and beg your friends to help. Games will be 100% fully functional. 

There will be a price to play. Games will be located in a special section so as to not bother members who don't play games. To access this section you will have to spend activity points. You can get activity points by posting content on the page such as status message, blogs, auction items, doing your own crowd funding campaign, posts RSS feeds, Uploading pictures, videos and music. Everything you do on MLB will give you points. 

Now let say you are just a gamer and don't do a lot of that. You can buy activity points as well. So it will be up to you if you work for it or if you just buy the points. 

The following are the games we going to get rolling on and the estimated costs to build and get them installed and the time frame. 

1. Just a simple pick three maybe use household pets like dogs, cats, birds, etc. maybe some  exotic animals as well. – 6 weeks - $17k - Can you imagine playing a candy crush style game with animals and none of the crap? 

2. Solitaire game - 3 weeks - $8,500

3. Farmville style game where you just do chores and gain money and stuff. – 3 months (15 weeks) - $42,000

4. Chess 2 player . – 10 weeks  $28,000

5. Scrabble 2 to 4 players – 5 weeks - $14,000

6. cross words puzzle – 2 weeks - $5,600

7. Side scroll zombie shoot up – 15 weeks - $42,000

8. Battle ship 2 player – 4 weeks -  $11,000

9. A pet game where you get dragons,  hatch them and do things to make them grow up and can trade them – 6 weeks - $17,000

10. Pacman style game – old school graphics – 2 weeks - $5,600

11. Flappy Bird clone: Underwater version of flappy bird, where you are a shark and you go around eating things and avoiding stuff like dolphins. – 2 weeks - $5,600

That is our general plan. The more money we raise beyond our goal the more games we can create. This is just the start.
