Good Day Ryan and Cameron here, and we hail from homesteaders in the Canadian prairies - where we have been farming for over a hundred years. I have the pleasure of working beside some of the greatest mycelium-mushroom, soil and fertilizer experts in the world.

We have created the world’s first mycelium and food waste based organic fertilizer on a commercial scale. This mycelium based organic fertilizer produces ‘living soil’ that will repair and replenish the soil. We can heal the world’s soil from 5 decades of harsh industrial fertilizers that have depleted and almost destroyed our soil.

This fertilizer is made from food waste and spent mushroom substrate blocks and is eco friendly and carbon negative. All off-gassing and waste goes back into the system, nothing is wasted.  In fact, the production of oyster mushrooms and other food products are necessary to make MycoFlo. Healthy food is the bi-product of our fertilizer.

No more shall we mine harsh chemicals just to wreck our soil. No more shall we use dirty oil & gas bi products on our clean food. No more shall we pump toxic fumes into our air in order to make fertilizer.

They say under our current industrial farming techniques we have maybe 40 to 50 harvests left if we do not change our ways. In a few years the damage will be irreversible.

MycoFlo can repair the soil and provide it the tools to clean and maintain itself once again. MycoFlo can save against massive food storages and empower communities to become food sovereign. We can also help countries around the world who are seeing their fertilizer access restricted through global conflict and broken supply chains.

Farmers who use our mycelium based organic fertilizer see higher yields and have to use 60% less fertilizer, which saves them input costs, time and fuel costs.

For 15 years we have developed and perfected our mycelium based organic fertilizer on the vegetables producers in California. Now we need your help to bring this solution to market and make it available for farmers everywhere. We are raising $96,300 to enable us to establish a facility in Alberta Canada, where we can provide this solution to hundreds of thousands of acres of farmland. From there we will be able to obtain purchase orders that will finance the remaining expansion as we grow.

Our team is experienced and well seasoned for this task. Our mushrooms are grown by true medicine men working with The Blackfeet Nation in Alberta. They follow growing practices that are approved by First Nation elders. Our production manager is a legendary biochar producer in Alberta and has an excellent background in manufacturing, science, technology and agriculture. The inventor of MycoFlo is a large-scale vegetable and gourmet mushroom producer from Southern California. He has proven this product's successfulness time and time again on small and medium sized organic vegetable producers in The United States. Finally, our sales team has over 20 years working with large scale agriculture operations and commercial greenhouse growers. They have large scale grain producers in Alberta and Saskatchewan, with thousands of acres, ready to purchase once the facility is operational. All of our team members have proven track records of producing high quality, eco friendly products at scale and on budget.

94% of Americans tested had RoundUp poison in their blood. We must stop the spread of Glyphosate in our food and land. MycoFlo allows for healthier stronger plants. Plants that are healthier can fend off pests with greater effectiveness, which will reduce the amount of RoundUp sprayed on our food.

As well, the Russian-Ukraine war has cut off a large portion of the world’s fertilizer supply, never has the need for locally produced,  organic fertilizer been greater. Our dream is to spread this to the world and have no starvation and no food storages for anyone.

We appreciate your time in reading this and any contribution you send will go a very long way. Thank you dearly from the tops and bottoms of our hearts. If anyone has any questions we would love to dialogue and share more of our background and go to market strategy. Thank you very much and have a lovely and wonderful day.
