Our Leadership Duluth group wanted to do our service project in partnership Myers-Wilkins Elementary School. We met with the principal to see what project we could do for the school. Through our meetings with the principal, we found out that school spirit could be definitely be improved upon. An idea was born to create a brand new school logo to go along with t-shirts for students at Myers-Wilkins.
Mike Smisek by SEK Design has graciously donated some his time and talent to create a brand new logo of the Myers Wilkins wolf mascot. We are also looking to commission a painting of the wolf logo in the entrance of their school mascot to create a sense of pride when students walk through the door. This painting would be created by Mike as well.
This fundraiser will help cover the costs of brand new t-shirts for the students, painting materials, cost of designing and painting the logo. If any funds remain, the donation will go to Myers-Wilkins Elementary.
You can help us reach our goal by donating here online! Thank you for your donation and support.
*All Members Cooperative Credit Unions will be accepting cash or check payments for this fundraiser as well. Donations can be made to the "Leadership Duluth Myers Wilkins Logo" account.
