Background.
We met in London and fell in love over all of the amazing international food the city has to offer. We realized although cuisines around the world vary greatly, wine enhances any meal. You can take the simplest meal and turn it into one to remember by pairing it with a bottle of wine. Aside from trying out many great restaurants around London, we love to cook Californian cuisine - lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with seafood and poultry. We realized that this "farm to fork" food goes especially well with German Riesling.
Thus the inspiration for
Nackt ("naked"). German wine with a Californian twist started in London.
We Need Your Help.
We are delighted to share with you our first wine - a 2014 Riesling. In order to make this happen however, we need your help.
We invested our own money to cover the grapes to make 1000L of wine and basic production costs, but we still need to raise £2000 so you can enjoy our wine. We need funds to help us finance:
- Bottles, caps, labels, and packaging
- Bottling
- Labeling
- Transportation
