Please Help Our Nala!
Hello everyone, My name is Jonathan and I am currently a college student double majoring in biology(pre-med)/ business management. I was just recently stricken with the most devasting of news. My 2 1/2 year old beagle, Nala, has come down with a diagnosis of possibly cancer or a blood protein disorder. This means she might have kidney/liver/or heart failure.
I desperately searched the internet for ways to fund her treatment as I really can not do it on my own. Being in college for two seperate majors, books and tuition can be quite expensive. However, I do allocate a huge part of my budget towards making sure Nala gets the best of the best.
I first met Nala when she was only 3 weeks old. She was the tiniest of beagles I have ever seen, yet she was so energetic and playful. She had never done anything wrong to deserve this as she has always gotten along with all sorts of animals and just always wanted to help and play. When I brought her home, I knew that she will only get the best from me and nothing ever less.
She has been with me for two and a half years and has been with me through thick and thin. I had a serious accident that had my mobility limited for 3 months and Nala laid by my side everyday until I was finally able to move. She has done everything for me and I wish that I can do everything for her to keep her healthy and well. I really would not know what to do without her and I humbly ask for your donations to help pay for the vet bills that will assist her recovery.
What We Need & What You Get
Nala's trip to the vet costs $50.00USD every time.
Xrays cost around $200.00USD to $300.00USD.
Ultrasound graphs cost around $400.00USD
Bloodwork costs around $200.00.
Of course the largest chunk is the left over surgery that will be determined based on what happens with the final results.
The left over funds will be returned to the sponsors or donated to local animal shelters in your name. I apologize that I am not able to give much because I am still on a ramen noodle every night budget due to school. I think Nala's diet is actually better than mine!
The Impact
Nala is not only just a puppy to me I feel responsible for, but a family member that I desperately want to save. Your donations will keep her well and also save her owner from terrible heartbreak. She is too young and gently to reach such an end and this would greatly increase her chances of seeing another year. I wish you all could meet her and I would more be more than happy to send postcards with her to all that want them. You will not be only saving a puppy, but a beloved friend that I just can not do without. Your sponsorship and donations are deeply appreciated. God Bless.
Other Ways You Can Help
I know that times are tough, wish is why I must try something like this. I have never done this before, but please, if you wish to help, spread the word about Nala the Beagle and her campaign to make her well again. I hope to hear from you all soon.
