National American Miss Pre-Teen Pageant National's
Hi, My name is Riley and I am a 10 year old with big dreams! I am on the far right in the picture (that would be your right). I was nominated by the National Honor Society to audition for the National American Miss North Carolina Pre-Teen pageant. This is a NO MAKEUP, ALL NATURAL pageant. It was held in Winston-Salem, NC...not far from Greensboro, so me and my mom went. Not only did I get accepted to compete but I won 3rd runner up! The categories that I competed in were Formal Wear, Introduction and Interview, although I was very nervous it helped me to gain confidence and it gave me an opportunity to meet some really great friends. An optional contest was the Casual Wear/Runway Modeling (now this was up my alley!) I placed 2nd runner up and had a great time!
I Need Your Sponsorship
Placing 3rd runner up means that I am part of the Queen's Court and I will be competing at Nationals in the National All-American Miss pageant. This is a pageant were I proudly get to represent my city, Greensboro, NC. The pageant is being held in Disneyland, California and the sponsorship fee is $795.00. I also get to compete in the National Casual Wear/Runway Modeling. The entry fee for that competition is $175.00. The total fee is $970.00.
The Impact
As my sponsor, your name will be listed in the Program Book at the National competition. Your sponsorship will help me continue to gain self-confidence and poise. You will be helping me realize my dream of becoming a casual wear model, but most importantly you will help me experience something that not a lot of kids my age get to experience. I love to meet new people and my mom always tells me I have a big heart...I didn't really know what that meant until a couple of years ago...I guess she thinks I am a pretty sweet kid. I love to help people and this pageant will give me an opportunity to get involved in several community service projects.
