Get to know us

It all started when I entered a gym, then I was able to try meditation, which radically changed my life! I was a nervous, stressed out person, the guy who doesn't want to do anything with his life except sit in front of Netflix eating crap...

So to tell you when I started meditation it was hard to sit around doing nothing and thinking about everything and anything! But I didn't give up and by doing it I felt calm. Then I started reading books and listening to podcasts on personal development. I get up at 6am now, my days seem longer and I have more time to devote to myself early in the morning.

So to sum up I created slone because I want to help you change like I did, if you really want it then you will get it!
