Step 2 : Put one piece of compressed mask paper into the small measuring cup.

the birds and eggs in the nest. With modern Bird Nest houses, bird nest farmers is able to wait for the swiftlets to leave their nest before harvesting the
bird nest.As swiftlets are known not to lay eggs on old bird nest, they will often rebuilt a new nest. Bird Nest houses have ensured that Bird Nest harvesting
do not upset the entire eco system and at the same time, helps in the reproduction cycle of the swiftlets.
Is bird nest suitable for vegetarians ?
In order to hatch eggs, swiftlets used their saliva to build bird nest. This is just like is consuming milk and honey by vegetarians. Bird nest in fact,
is the byproduct of animal labor, rather than animal life in exchange for food. So vegetarian (lacto-ovo vegetarian) is able to consume milk or honey,
they can be assured of consuming bird nest. Bird nest itself contains a lot of high quality protein and by consuming bird nest can help substitute animal protein
in a vegetarian's diet. Unless the vegetarian insist on a pure 100% non-animal diet in the entire food process inclusive the use of animal labor, then only will bird nest not be recommended.
Will the consumption of bird nest cause any allergic reaction ?
