                                CHARGING CAPABILITY

How come we are the ones who successfully made a wireless charger which charges on distance (in diameter 5m/16.4ft) ???

We use a different type of coil in transmitter and receiver which enables the creation of magnetic field which spreads in every direction.

We correct the mains-voltage which powers oscillator, and the oscillator generates high frequency and the transmitter's output is in resonance with the receiver's input.

Transmitter emits electro-magnetic wave in all directions inside the 5m/16.4 ft diameter.

Receiver receives the signal and the voltage is induced which is corrected and stabilized on to a certain value power the device.

since there are so many procedures that must be managed.

However, given that this is our first campaign at Indiegogo, we can confidently say that we are familiar with the Crowdfunding process.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a 12 month limited warranty for Indiegogo backers.
In other words, within that period, a full refund is guaranteed for any manufacture malfunction 
(man-made damage not covered). So, you have nothing to lose!
We also ensure that every unit is free from manufacturing defects and handled with the utmost care during shipment.

How to choose your compatible Laptop/Tablet receiver mask connector type?

1.) Take a look at your laptop charger,there should be output:V/A and connector type dimension

2.)If there are no dimensions of your connector type on your charger-Search online for your laptop brand and model and then you will find your connector type.

When I can receive my order? 

The shipment of the first batch of NTe TecH will even begin before April/2019. Actual shipment dates  will vary depending on your country, your location, and when you’ve placed your order.
 We will keep you up to date on every step of the process. 

In order to deliver NTe TecH safely and efficiently, the orders will be dispatched by different courier companies, depending on the destination regions. Consequently we may ship out in a slightly different order from the initial buying sequence.

Indiegogo’s shipping location lists me in the wrong country?

At the end of the campaign, we will send out a survey confirming where you would like your NTe TecH wireless charger
to be shipped.

What is your refund policy?  

 Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. At some point we will need to lock down refunds in order to go into production and ship product to you. We will not be able to refund orders once they've shipped.
