THE STORY
OINK stars the amazing Amber Diog-Thorne, and is directed by horror specialist Jason Wright. This is a horror film to tackle online abuse and the potential consequenses of those that abuse.
"Audrey is kind, she's sweet, thoughtful, compassionate and caring. She comments her excitement at people getting married, her love for her friends' new puppy, congratulating strangers on their achievements but how far can this "Oink" account push her?
The harmful comments are becoming more frequent, more nasty and Audrey decides to make a change, she's done hiding in the shadows and is ready to take revenge on the social media "gurus" that have been tormenting her.
With some rather unorthodox means, Audrey decides to turn her house into an AirBnB getaway that influencers would die to stay in....sometimes literally."
SYNOPSIS
Audrey is only doing this because they made her, or that's what she keeps telling herself. When cyberbullying pushes her too far, to what extremes will Audrey go to, to get her revenge?

WHO ARE WE?
![]()
As you can see from the above photo we are a group of family and friends that love to make horror films. OINK is no different so expect some gory and bloody scenes.

Our Director Jason Wright has a strong passion for the horror genre. Not only has he done several features (Acid Pit Stop, Zombie Wars, The House that Zombies Built, Mannquin, Torture and The At of Abuse), shorts (Zombie Boot Camp, Infected, Zombie Playground: Ice Cream), and promo videos (Resident Evil 6, Fear the Walking Dead, Walker Stalker London), he also runs the webzine The Digital Dead, and also get involved with some high level promotion work with companies like AMC, FANTA, CAPCOM and many more.
WHAT WE NEED & WHAT YOU GET
Silent Studios Productions are very passionate about making horror films - but unfortunately one cannot make a film on passion and good will alone, we also need the right equipment and locations, our cast and crew need food (as seen below) and accommodation.
![]()
And that, naturally, leaves us a bit short on the monetary side, so we're raising funds to cover costs of food, drinks, props, materials, cast, crew and so much more. Every little bit helps, from £1 up, so please donate what you can and let‘s make this film project happen.
RISKS & CHALLENGES
Time and again, we as a team have proven that we can make (and release) a feature or short film, so we are more than qualified to see through the production of a movie from beginning to end - so we would love to say this is risk-free, as we're determined to the teeth to make this film... but if the last couple of years and a certain pandemic (through which we have made The House That Zombies Built) have taught us anything, it's to expect the unexpected. But unless bad comes to worse and then some, we WILL see this movie through, as making horror movies is in our blood!!!
OTHER WAYS YOU CAN HELP
Yes we do understand that money can occasionally be a bit on the tight side - heck, we're filmmakers, other than making movies the occasional lack of funds is also in our blood. So if you really want to help but are strapped for cash, why not share our campaign on all social media you can think of - and then some more you have only just googled and are surprised they exist. And tell your friends and family, and heck, even strangers about it incessantly. Paint a mural with the campaign link onto your house front, spray the link onto planes, trains and automobiles, print out flyers to hand out to passers-by - in short, there are millions of ways to help if you're as passionate about raising the dead as we are - and a big thank you for that in advance!!!
