Risks & Challenges

Although this is Fitnix LLC first Kickstarter Project, our team and partners have a considerable amount of experience bringing products to life and commercializing them. We have been working on this product for over 2 years. During this time, we have developed dozens of mechanical prototypes. Each version has been diligently tested and modified to improve the user experience and make it production ready. During this same period, Fitnix has designing and developing the Olympus Grip Smart Phone iOS application. Although the basic features of the iOS app are fully operational, we are still developing premium features such as the leaderboard and they are scheduled to be ready and available by the time of delivery of the final product. Please see the stretch goals section to learn more about the Olympus Grip Android application. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and proud to support our company. We promise to be fully transparent about when your order will be shipped from the factory. We have done our best to mitigate these risks and we promise to address unforeseen risks as quickly and safely as possible. We are using experienced manufacturer and fulfillment partner. However, there is a risk that container shipment could be delayed in customs, a batch of new parts doesn’t pass quality assurance testing, or our fulfillment schedule can slip.
