Shant Kazandjian has had a knack for the arts since a young age. Growing up in Mount Laurel, alongside current collaborator and close friend Zach Gold, Shant started his journey participating in stage crew in middle school. As his opportunities expanded, so did his range of talents. Throughout high school, he took an interest in photography and cinematography and joined the Film and TV club. Once the school day ended, he satisfied his hunger for the arts by creating a small business focused on video work and photography work. He then made the decision to join SCAD, one of the top art schools in the world. In his junior year, he narrowed his focus on producing and, using the experience he has in all other aspects of the industry, has made a big splash in his role. He has high expectations for himself, his teammates, and the projects he works on; and the quality of his work shines because of it.
Zach Gold and his journey in film started from a young age. His mother bought him his first camera, the original gopro, at age 8. He began editing videos of him skiing and surfing on his iPad, and his journey took off from there. When he hit middle school he joined stage crew, meeting close friend and future collaborator Shant Kazandjian. When he hit high school, his raw talent began to shine. His film teacher noticed his strengths, and brought him to the film club, where he quickly established himself in a key role alongside many older peers. He linked back up with Shant and many other friends, starting his own business and making many notable projects primarily as the editor and visionary of them. His junior year he took on leadership roles in the club, bringing home many film festival awards. The same success continued his senior year. During this time, he became close with the SRK collective, and began collaborating with them. He then left for SCAD, Savannahs premiere film and art school, where he has specialized as an editor and visionary director. He has not forgotten his friends and old collaborators however, linking back up with Shant and the SRK collective for many more projects, and many more to come.
