Thanks to OXFO's light-weight design, rear motor, torque sensor application, and high-quality Samsung battery, you can ride it up to 84 miles (135 km) per full charge. Smart Motor

A 250W motor may seem weak to hardcore bikers, but it is the result of thorough evaluation of motors on the market. Our goal is to make the bike fit for the majority of urban dwellers, which is why a light-weight configuration was chosen. Choosing a more powerful motor would add significant weight and battery size, making a 13 kg e-bike impossible. In addition, most countries have strict speed limits on e-bikes; thus any extra speed or power would be both illegal and unsafe.

We make OXFO a fun ride without relying on strength alone. Our special motor and clutch along with torque sensor, belt drivetrain, and other exclusive technology make for an amazing ride but still at an affordable price.

When the pandemic hit, it changed all our lives for the worse and the better. Although it caused unfortunate disruptions, it also made us recognize the beauty of nature. My answer was to go-green and use a folding e-bike. A new way of urban living!

The other thing we learned from current folding e-bikes on the market offer limited use, either being too heavy and big or having little to no mobility. It’s hard to take them on trains, carry them between changes, put them in cars, or store them indoors. When you go for a lighter folding non-electric bike, you will have difficulties with hills and long-range rides. Also, it is hard to go through bumpy roads and all kinds of terrain due to lack of strength and suspension. There is no product available on the market right now. Therefore, we will like to take the challenge and create a folding e-bike that is not only beautiful but also let you escape the typical hassles of commuting.

I contacted Sunny, a bike designer & engineer with over 10 years of experience, and together we designed and developed the OXFO OX1 bike, fit for commuters and weekend exercise and fun.

OXFO Bike is born and bred in London, by two innovative mums with backgrounds in industrial design, mechanical engineering, international trading, branding, product development, supply chain management, and customer care.
