Paragon's Studio Story
We are a 5-piece all-original rock band from Glastonbury, CT. We all came from different backgrounds that bonded together because we all have one thing in common: to make music that truly rocks.
In 2013 we did a full-length album at a local studio but we felt it wasn't a true representation of what we wanted. The studio had a limitation of 24 tracks per song which we routinely hit and had to scrap parts to make it fit. We also felt rushed because we were paying for the time there. This time around we acquired the equipment and moved our rehearsal space into a studio to be able to record our next album ourselves because we didn't want the time constraints associated with paying for studio time to bring you a truly creative work.
We are asking for the funds to print the album and the funds to help us get the merchandise that goes along with the album release. This merchandise includes posters, flyers, T-Shirts, hats, and stickers! These costs add up very fast and we have not made enough money playing shows to cover these costs; we've hardly made enough money to cover the van rental at each show!
Please contribute if you can! We will be eternally grateful and to prove it, anyone who contributes will get their name in our liner notes as a thank you for making this album possible! You'll also get some pretty cool stuff!

The Impact
Good old fashioned rock is harder to find these days, we intend to bring rock back because Rock and Roll never dies. Help us make sure Rock and Roll never dies!
Risks & Challenges
Currently we have the album mapped out and are working through all the songs and we are set to have it ready by March, but since we have never mastered an album before and will be at risk if it takes us longer or we find out we can't even do that ourselves. In that event we will take the sessions to a studio and have to pay for studio time to master but we are confident we can get it done ourselves.
Other Ways You Can Help
If you can't contribute, don't worry, there are still free ways to help us out!
- Share this project with people you know and get them to contribute!
- Tell those people to share it too and spread the word!
