Hello! We are student filmmakers from VFS! We are dedicated to our newest project “Pardesi”, This story follows Kirpa, a 20-year-old woman from Moga India, she moves to Canada with dreams of becoming a Kathak dancer but learns she has to put those dreams aside to survive in a new world.
Pardesi, meaning “Foreigner”, highlights how many immigrants moving away from home have to put their dreams on hold to survive and make ends meet, Many highly educated individuals who have to restart just because they are from abroad.
