After a diagnosis of stage IV cancer, Phil had the choice to either transform or give up. Because of his chemo treatments, his dream to walk the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage across Spain seemed impossible. Creating a "Camino" route in his backyard, Phil set out on a journey of tracking his steps on a map from the Pyrenees to Santiago, but more importantly a journey towards healing itself. When his doctors finally released him for a month to fly to Spain, his dream became reality and his life became a series of lessons that give shape to the path we all walk.

Join us as we follow Phil from Seattle to Spain through this documentary film and learn alongside him how to live more fully and freely. We simply ask you to do the next best thing: walk with us.

//The Campaign

This IndieGogo campaign represents Phase 1 of Phil's Camino becoming a reality.  The $14,400 will pay our preproduction and production costs through the shoot in Spain.  We still have some more shooting to do in Washington state before editing which will be Phase 2.  As with most documentaries we are working and thinking more from our hearts than our pocketbooks but bills do need to be paid.  I am asking you to join with me to make an inspiring film that can give hope and purpose to all of us, whether we are facing a serious diagnosis or not.
