We are a Young team composed of 3 students and 1 teacher, who achieve great goals through entrepreneurial education, forging a shocking story.

We are part of a group of 15 youngsters from the Industrial School of San Antonio that during 2016 we were trained by our teacher, under the context of the innovation and entrepreneurship program "EXPLORO MI CAMINO" designed by INACAP.
This allowed our participation in the "GO! INNOVA "of INACAP, in which we were selected among the 10 best teams of the V Region, obtaining the award of the 1st regional place.
Our first achievements.

By achieving the 1st regional place with the e-Plug project, we obtained the possibility of advancing to the National competition causing a deep change in our lives.
In the national competition we achieved the 1st place, granting us the possibility of representing Chile in the international competition "SAGE WORLD CUP" in 2017 in Odessa, Ukraine.
It always seems impossible, until you begin.
We continued with the development of e-Plug for 6 months prior to the international competition, which led us to live different experiences and acquire knowledge in different areas such as: business models, electronic development, English and the folk dance of Chile.
What did we achieve?
The development of e-Plug. It is a smart plug, which connects wirelessly to the domestic internet network, controlled by a mobile application. Its main features are:
• Connection in three steps directly to the home WiFi
• On, off and timed.
• Auto shutdown in case of electrical faults avoiding possible fires
• Calculation of energy consumption and CO2.
• Interoperable (Smart Things and Amazon Echo)
Travelling to Ukraine
After several months working hard, it was time to start the trip. On August 7, 2017, our team formed by Ignacio, Patricio, Eduardo and Eleazar, together with two representatives of INACAP, embarked on the trip that would take us to Odessa, Ukraine.
More than 20 countries in competition and about 200 students
After the arrival, we participated in different activities together with students from countries such as South Korea, Ireland, Canada and the United States, among others. Within these activities, entrepreneurship projects competition was carried out, in which we were evaluated by judges with experience and knowledge in business model, innovation level and commercial projections of each project.
3rd World Place
On August 14, 2017, we won the third world place in innovation and youth entrepreneurship. We also received recognition for complying with two of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030.

Impact of the return to Chile
On August,15 we started the trip back to Chile. Our arrival caused a great commotion in the TV media: we were interviewed by TVN, LUN, EMOL, among others, and also were invited to meetings with authorities such as the energy minister and the undersecretary of education.
Team achievements
In December of 2017 we were awarded with a competitive fund sponsored by CORFO. Specially, that of the Regional Support Program for Entrepreneurship (PRAE).
What are we in today?
Our team has set up a company, generating disruptive innovations in relation to home automation and the connected household market, being one of the youngest teams of entrepreneurs in Chile.
The corporate image has also changed, from e-Plug to plug IOX , as the new concept of the brand CREATIOX.
What are our needs?
The impact generated by this young team have opened doors to form commercial agreements with large brands and companies, but we do not have the resources for our first production. For this reason, we request you for help in order to finish the prototype stage and manufacture our first commercial units and thus enter the Chilean market with a national engineering product.
