McCourt Policy in Practice (MPiP), previously "Project Honduras," has been working with a team of Honduran counterparts in the village of Balfate, Roatán, Honduras for over 7 years to improve living conditions and prospects in this emerging migrant community. As the community's population grows, pressures on physical infrastructure and human resource management mount. Public Policy and International Development students of Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy and community leaders seek to develop and implement creative strategies in sanitation, public health, water systems, and education.

With your donation, big or small, we will be able to continue to work with the village of Balfate to provide strategic technical assistance to their community development goals!

The local and student community thank you for your support!

Note: This fundraising directly benefits MPiP and should not be confused with the activities of Georgetown University's Office of Advancement.
