No one likes a dead battery, and with PowerPlant you no longer have one. We have undergone extensive lab testing and real-life research to ensure you have the power your need on the move. We ran some experiments at our York Headquarters to test the charging capacity.

There's the obvious need for anyone with a device to have one, but we're sure that we'll continue to hear of the inventive ways and places you lot plan to use your PowerPlant!

TSA Approved for airline travel

It's not a widely known fact that many airlines place restrictions on Power banks on planes - not only in the hold (typically banned altogether) but also in the cabin. Powerplan is TSA approved, meaning you can take it on the plane with you (although we always recommend you check with the airline just in case).  

• Do you have to pay import tax?
• Do you need to give us your telephone number and tax information?

Please note that whilst we endeavour to ensure that import taxes and duties are kept to a minimum for territories outside of our warehouse locations, local import taxes and duties may be required to be paid. Damson Global (parent company of Nuuq PowerPlant) has no control over local customs offices and, as such, cannot be held responsible should you be charged import taxes and duties in addition to your purchase and shipping price.

It is always best to check the position in your country beforehand.

We have been careful to assess our shipping prices by country. However, please note that some countries, like South American countries, Russia & Israel do have high shipping costs for tracking enabled courier delivery. Some countries will require a telephone number and tax information. It will be your responsibility to provide us with this information if it required and we suggest you check with your local customs office. 

Please note, PO Boxes are only accepted in certain countries, we advise checking with us before shipping if you intend to use a PO Box.  

Remember that even if you purchase now, you will not receive your PowerPlant until November. The nature of crowdfunding projects, the discounted prices involved (which includes subsidised shipping in many cases) and the associated fees and costs means we are unable to offer refunds.

If, for any reason, you have reservations about backing this project we suggest you wait until it is available through our online retailers or contact our team, who can discuss with you any questions you might have.

We cannot refund your order after you have confirmed it. Attempting a chargeback through your credit card company in order to receive a refund should not be attempted, as it is fraud.

Q: What is the mAh of PowerPlant

A: The base product ships with a replaceable 20100 mAh battery. Additional 20100 mAh batteries are available as extras. 

Q: What do you mean by universal plug?

A: We mean that it works with US/UK/EU/AU without the need for an adapter. 

Q: What voltage is supported? 

A: We support everything from 240 volts down making PowerPlant compatible with almost all countries power requirements

A: We have adopted a flat rate shipping charge depending on perk, from $25 - $35
