Preserve the Youth:Summer Camp MQT 2K14

Each summer, The Marquette Youth and Family Center puts on a summer camp for the kids of Lake Superior Village, a low-income housing community in the city of Marquette.

Preserve the Youth aims to raise $3,000 to help with additional costs of the summer camp for at risk youth. These costs might include: food, transportation, equipment, various day excursions like hiking, kayaking and boating, and a range of educational programs

With your help, we hope to raise the $3,000 and then some! Together we can make a difference!

The Camp adventures for these kids would include learning wildlife, survival skills, kayak lessons, and hopefully some boating if its affordable.

What We Want To Achieve

2. Generate at least $3,000
3. Become Heard By Making Friends

$310 = 1 KID CAN PACK HIS BAGS FOR CAMP
$3,000 = SENDS 9 KIDS
Anything additional will help us bring even more children to enjoy summer camp!
