Pub51 is the brainchild of a group of film and television students at the Queensland University of Technology. The show seeks to bring together local Brisbane notables and artists to discuss various Australian conspiracy theories over beers. With no script and only their imagination leading the way, anything can happen when talking about events such as our missing prime minister, and the top-secret intelligence facility in Alice Springs likened to be Australia's Area 51.

"We" are almost 40 film and television students either in their penultimate or final year of study at the Queensland University of Technology. Being students, we are strapped for cash. As much as we wish we could fund this thing with the 45 cents in my wallet and the four french fries under the seat of my car, we can't and we need your help!

Making a film or tv show is no cheap task, and we can't do this on our own accord. We need you and your precious dollarydoos to help us out.

If you choose to be so kind and donate to our show, your money will be spent on a variety of different things including set design (we have BIG plans and a SMALL amount of cash), costuming, hair and makeup (we can't have our presenters looking TOO wild can we?), cast and crew catering (we'll be working long days and we have to eat!), and if there is enough to spare, a WRAP PARTY (WOOP WOOP).
