You don't want a pair of earphones that go useless when they run out of battery. Imagine a phone with no "listen and charge" functionality?
The key differentiator in PUGZ earphones UX is our patented self guiding magnetic connector we call: "The Squircle". For the best electrical conductivity and styling, we chose this in 18 K Gold. The Squircle enables you to listen and charge at the same time. This is something the industry had forgot, but we know we can fix.
When choosing between SEALED and LEAKING it all comes down to pure taste. Sealed provides you with a passive noise cancellation that isolates all surrounding noise and lets you focus on your music experience. Leaking on the other hand directs the audio into your ears but allow you to hear your surroundings.
PUGZ is compatible with all your devices with Bluetooth such as mobile phone, computer, tablet, TV, Apple Watch, etc. Just pair it and enjoy!

What is included with the PUGZ earphone? One charging cable - One USB-converter so you can charge through your laptop or wall outlet. - 3 pairs of ear tips in assorted sizes. - 3 pairs of secure wings
Can I use the earphones with other devices than my phone? You can charge your PUGZ earphones on devices such as computer (USB), AC-adapter (USB), Micro-USB(Android).
How much battery does a full charge use up? A full charge uses 3% of your smartphones battery capacity. And with a full charge you get 4,5h of active days of usage and 10 days of standby. If the battery happens to run out while you're using them all you do is: attach the cord and keep on listening. All that while you're charging.
Does the volume control on the earbuds control the phone volume directly or an internal amplifier? You only need to adjust one volume. The volume on your buds and your phone will be synced.
What is the sound like? Sound is very subjective but trust us when we say: we are super audio freaks. Just to give you an idea: we use an codec in our CSR-BT chip called aptX®. Also known for revolutionising he Bluetooth Stereo listening experience. Quote from there website: "pure wireless sound that doesn’t compromise on audio quality."
How long is the warranty? 1 year & it covers any manufacturer issues. This warranty covers the repair and replacement of any defective material or component.
What is the bluetooth range? Bluetooth range is 10-30 m depending on your surrounding environment.
Can I use the earphones with other devices than my mobile? Yes. With all devices that support bluetooth!
How long is the charging cable? The charging cable is about 1,0 m (3,5 feet).
Are the earphones durable? Yes. We do systematic durability tests. We pull, drop, scratch, water etc during the testing and quality assurance phase just to ensure that they live up to the high quality standards. However there will be limitations to what they can withstand. The buds are also Sweat Proof and live up to a very high industry standard, so called IP64. In terms of whether conditions: here are the heat specs. Conditions: 60 ±3°C with 50±15% RH (full performance). Duration: 1 h ramp, Functionality check after 2 hours at set temperature and new function test after 1 h at HH temp. Meaning your only concern is what music your listening to.
