About the Movie
Punching is a short film written by FND Films and will be shot in October of 2012. The story follows Bill, a failed inventor, and his quest to fix his disabled brother Tommy, who can’t stop punching. One night wandering the streets, Tommy must fight a group of men who threaten his life. When a local trainer sees Tommy’s display of untapped skill, he seeks him out and convinces him to take part in an underground fight tournament that is run by the city’s notorious real estate tycoon, Ginger Hashbrowns.

Who We Are
FND Films is a Chicago based production company consisting of Aaron Fronk, Vinny DeGaetano and Cooper Johnson. FND writes, shoots, directs, edits and acts in their productions, which include Sketch Comedy, Corporate Video, Short Films, and Ad-Based Viral Videos. Since forming in 2005 they have been featured on Youtube, College Humor, Funny or Die, and more. To date their work has amassed over ninety million views.
In 2009 they produced a 20-minute film entitled Action World for $300. It won Best Director and Best Picture at the Columbia University Undergraduate Film Festival; Official Selection at the Land Locked Film Festival and Best Screenplay and Best Editing for the Maverick Movie Awards.
This year Drew Morris (Producer) created a feature film 'Red Balls' for under $200- which is now available on DVD. The movie was also accepted into the Indie Fest in LA and the Blue Whiskey Independent Film Festival.

This is the most elaborate and complex movie we've ever written. Because the scope is so large, we'll need help financing just about everything. That includes:
Props // Sets // Costumes // Transportation // Equipment Rentals // Permits // Food for Cast & Crew // Post Work // etc.
As for specifics, we need to build several sets including a fight ring, and a toy shop called 'Kooky Things'. We are shooting this movie on the RED Scarlet so we'll need cards and hard drives to store all our footage.

Future Plans
Upon completion Punching will be sent to every film festival possible. Once making the rounds in the festival circuit, Punching will be available online for everyone to see, for free.
